We are delighted to share our experience as a Pharmaceutical Laboratory engaged in Medical Research and multiomics analysis aimed at finding a new therapeutic strategy to treat a type of cancer. We were faced with a monumental challenge: the search for this new treatment required a revolutionary approach, and this meant managing billions of heterogeneous data from multiple sources. Our main hurdle was to harmonize this data and place it within a global biological process. In addition, we had to comply with the numerous regulatory constraints of the pharmaceutical industry. It was at this point that we began looking for a solution that could meet our needs, while being hosted in the cloud, for deeper exploitation of our data.
