Saint-Aubin, May 21, 2024 - AdvanThink (formerly ISoft), a forerunner in the field of Artificial Intelligence for 35 years and a leader in the fight against payment fraud, is stepping up the pace in the public and defense sectors with the acquisition of Invenis, a recognized publisher in the field of Data Preparation and Data Quality.
This operation is in line with the company's strategy of growth through targeted acquisitions in France and abroad, in order to round out its portfolio of offerings, gain access to new markets and meet the exponential demand for sensitive data.
